Application reviews may take up to 3 business days. After initial application you will receive an email to confirm and run a credit check ($60).

Requirements
- Valid state or government issued photo ID
- Social security number
- Income verification
- Verification of any federal assistance programs
- Gross income at least 2 times monthly rent
- Criminal background check
- Previous landlord verification
- No self-employment
- Employment verification Form (en español)
Qualifications
- Credit score over 650 is a must unless you have no credit or lack of credit
- Absolutely no eviction history or foreclosure within the last 7 years
- No Criminal history involving hard drugs or sexual crimes of any kind
- All residents over the age of 18 must fill out a full application and have a background check for the safety of the neighborhood.
Viewing Properties
Viewing properties is easy. Simply schedule a showing online, upload a valid driver’s license, and show up to the property where you can let yourself in to view.
